This is the story about a birdhouse which became the home of an Eastern Bluebird and a Southern Flying Squirrel. I watched intently as these two disparate species occupied the same house in two separate seasons to successfully rear their young. In my opinion, this is a testimony to the unity of the animal kingdom; their ability to share resources while at the same time preserving their individual genetic lines.
The audio track is performed by my Sister, Marnie Kaller and nephew, Rick Kaller. The selection is "Sicillienne" by Maria-Theresia v. Paradies. Thanks to Marnie and Rick for making this track available.
