This has a link to Maire, for when I told her that I was particularly fond of Issa's haiku, she recommended that I check out the website of David, the haiku guy, and sign up for his daily email of an Issa haiku. She had been in touch with David over various things and she was sure I'd enjoy his website and his daily dose of Issa. This was several years ago and I've always been grateful to Maire for introducing me to this wonderful site. And hence, I am also daily reminded of Maire.
