After a week of non-seasonal torrential rain storms we drove through Dundee, Michigan yesterday. It is not unusual for the River Raisin to flood in the spring, but to see the water level at five feet above flood stage in the dead of winter was very rare. We didn't venture downstream where flooding can be worse.
