flooded road

Our road and bridge...under there somewhere. Haven't seen them for 3 days.
Cyclonic weather has caused chaos and though we were without power for 70 hours we are okay...unlike others who have suffered much damage.

Very pleased to hear that things are settling down for you.
It is sad to hear of the tragedies as a result of the hurricane.
Carol Rollins31-Jan-2013 13:56
Wow. That is too much. I hope you continue to be OK, Laine.

Living on the U.S. Gulf Coast, I've endured hurricanes too. I am VERY sympathetic. I'm also very happy to know that you are alright. Hopefully you have a good (as we say) hurricane pantry and plenty of batteries. Hugs!!!

Wow, there seem to be devastating weather situations everywhere! Some worse than others we're getting rain and flooding but others are getting much much worse. The weather's gone wacky. Excellent shot of the weather situation, Laine.
