In south west of town of Kalat in Khorasan province, there are series of 8 waterfalls called Ghara Soo (Black Water, in Turkish) waterfalls which locate in average 1190 m above the sea level.
They are located within narrow valleys with magnificent nature and delightful weather, especially during hot days of year which attracts many visitors; some steel ladders have been provided for visitors’ easy climbing through slippery waterfalls. Water stream after passing its route through the waterfalls is used for drinking and irrigation in downstream.
