double energy

It makes my blood boil when people leave litter in my favourite places.
It must take twice as much energy to carry it there full than to take it back empty.
Am I just a grumpy old bugga?

No, you're not grumpy. Too many people are no longer civil. 20 years ago no one threw trash in the Smokies. Now it's along even the roads in the park. Just don't know any better or don't care. What's a wanker? Whatever it means, this is evidence of being one, eh?

I agree with you, Johnny, some bad habits are too strong in the society.
Good shot, anyway.

Great shot. I like this..my take on this is someone just got their power boost & is about to head up the trail...not that they are leaving the can behind. Love the colors and dof. Nice textures & comp. v (don't like the true facts behind the shot...but well thought out shot)

I doubt you're a grumpy old bugga, but they sure are lazy buggas!!!

Yes of course you are...and with good reason.
Me, too!

weak bast..ds; of mind and body.
Cindi Smith06-May-2009 00:11
No, I agree with you. No need to leave your trash around. If you pack it in, pack it out!
Sheila05-May-2009 23:44
No you're not, or I am too.

Not grumpy, John...others dumping their junk annoys me too !!...take it in for DNA & nab the bugga !!
Phillip Normanton05-May-2009 22:23
Scruffy gets... you should collect it all, follow them home and dump it through their letterbox :o)
I suppose cloning it out it out of the question ;o))

And how about the driver who opens the car door and tips fag ends out??
You've raised a lot of feeling here JJ - and rightly so! Chris

I couldn't agree more, one of my pet hates too, but I definately am a grumpy old man. The number of times I have been to a fantastic location only to find it being used as a tip.

I'm a grumpy old man too.... I abhor littering!
Lovely scene behind the litter!

One would at least think all that caffeine and sugar in the energy drink would provide the sustenance for them to carry the damn empty can home!!
Zak05-May-2009 19:45
no you're not grumpy, yet...! ;-)
Ann...05-May-2009 19:40
I once complained to a school age child as they had dropped litter and was told "people get paid to pick it up" I'm not often speechless but I was then!!
Kevin Chester05-May-2009 19:38
What realy gets me is when they do it two feet from a bin, or when some 18year old chav lets her 4 year old do it. or when.......whoops sorry , almost went off on one there.
J. Scott Coile05-May-2009 19:14
I'll join you on that stump!
Máire Uí Mhaicín05-May-2009 18:58
The green message clearly hasn't got through to these litter louts.
Neil Horner05-May-2009 18:52
Colins right , shoot the buggers.....
Colin Storey05-May-2009 18:46
no your not grumpy, your right, they should all be shot at dawn.
Guest 05-May-2009 18:45
No your not grumpy they are just f#5@*ng lazy, they carry it there full and they can't carry it back empty?
We've got a Maccy D's in Consett and people drive to a nice view to eat their food and throw the rubish out the window. I seem to have started to rant so I'll stop now.
