Widemouth Bay and the surf is up...

It's not only surfers who love this excellent Cornish beach...
This shot was taken a few months after 'Angel' was rescued
with a challenging shoulder injury. Anyway, here she is against all hopes
flying free like a bird again along the roaring January surfline:
brings a tear to the eye of any dog-owner with a heart.




Tracked with continuous autofocus in ultra high speed mode 7fps.
That Minolta D7i was a really capable camera for its day.

Beautiful shot! You are right, there's no greater joy than seeing a fast dog run free in the surf, especially after the ordeal your Angel went through...
