I think this happens to everyone. You get started reading a book and you can't put it down. I got started into the Longest Day a day ago and couldn't put it down. I had read the book many years ago and seen the movie many times. What got me started again was this particular edition which Ginny got in the D Day museum in Normandy last year during the famous hurricane Rita evacuation to France. Well, I finished it this morning.
