Elder's hand in an outdoor market place. She was searching for some meat that she could afford. I offered to buy her something but the butcher would not take my money. It was an odd situation. The butcher finally gave her a cut of meat of mostly fat.

This image is wonderfully touching. What a lifetime of toil. Even more touching was the little story. How strange that the butcher would not let you help her. However, knowing you wanted to must have given her ease.
