Converted to Monochrome

Used the new black/white layer option in Photoshop CS3 to convert to monochrome, then used the soft focus feature of Harald Heim's FocalBlade plug-in to soften the image. Followed that with the Reminisce filter in the Virtual Photographer plug-in, setting the ISO at 1600 to mimic the look of grainy film.

Layers palette, new adjustment layer icon bottom of palette, black/white. You move the slides to lighten or darken colors of image.

Nice Isabel! I haven't used the black and white layer option. Where do I find that?
