First I used the color balance tool to move the cyan slider to +5 on the red side. That got rid of the cyan cast. Next I used the shadow/highlight adjustment to lighten the face. Used the spot healer and rubber stamp to get rid of some distracting details in the background. Ended with a crop and resize down. The picture looked sharp enough to me not to have to be further sharpened. (Taken in macro mode, aperture priority with Auto White Balance with light from a fluorescent desk lamp and early morning cloudy daylight filtering through blinds.)
