Waiting for DOT to clean our roads, so it's a good time to try a new recipe. Manjula,a YouTube Indian cook, just published this recipe and I had the ingredients for it. (At least I thought I did - Korean Rice Flour several years old form the freezer seemed to work. Wonder about that "one cup" of flour she shows on the video, sure looks like more than one cup and my initial mix was way too loose.
