Found a fabulous stollen recipe on the net this morning and my husband and I just scarfed down more than we should have.

Note: I had to add about 1/4 cup more water since the flour didn't look like it would all work in.
Doubled the raisins because I didn't have citron. I used Penzey's orange and lemon peels rehydrated. Topped with powdered sugar rather than a glaze. Divided dough in half and made one loaf for us and one for a hostess gift.
