Those look like pretty hefty picture hooks! I have used the heavy duty ones that look like the regular small picture hooks, they are longer so have more leverage against the wall. Had antique mirror that is very heavy and they never gave out. Looks like the left one popped off the wall as well. What a bummer but glad Lowe's stood behind their product!
