IMG_6012 Almost missed it!

Not Bill's great big beefsteak in the front, but that little RIPE cherry tomatoe behind it! Way later ripening than last year's July 7 date - but I put the plants out earlier (way too early - had to pull in the pots a couple of times. Guess that did make the difference. Also saw the first tomato hornworm around July 15 last year and haven't spied any of those yet. Guess I ought to be extra vigilant. Oh how I love that deep depth of field with a digicam...and this certain is my favorite digicam at the moment. I use all of them, but the A610 has super wonderful image quality because it only has five megapixels.

And look at that beautiful beefsteak ! On my three plants I have only 7 little green tomatoes hardly worth the water !

Woohoo, I can't wait for mine to ripen! Wonderful depth of field!
