I always love seeing these horse and carriages around town, although it's a challenge to capture them. You hear the clip clop coming down the street, and suddenly they're upon you and gone. This time I was lying in wait ;-). There aren't so many of them in winter, but in summer they seem to be the main means of transportation for tourists to see the sights.
