March Monochrome II

Kingston Springs.

For "book" for the March Monochromatic Challenge.
I'm the Cat in the Hat... Happy birthday to DR. Seuss.

What a day. I dropped Thing 1 (Ellie) off at school
& headed west for an appointment. I returned, went to
have lunch with Ellie, and drove on in to the office.
Tornado sirens interrupted my work and alerted me to
the severity of the approaching weather. I called to
make sure April and the children were in the safe room
and rushed West home heading right into the storm. Wild
ride but I made it and they were safe. Hail damage for
sure on the truck. Lots of damage all around the area.

Good you´ve gone through it without problems, and I´m sure you´ve made your 'heavy weather' shot. A vote for your hat. It suits you well.

Amazingly effective portrait, Scott. We have a lot of damage, too. One of my co-workers lost 3 family members in the tornadoes today (parents and grandchild).
