Teriyaki Chicken a la Walter
Very easy to do. Marinate the chicken in Soy Sauce, Mirin, Olive Oil, Chili Flakes, Garlic and Ginger for an hour.
Then BBQ it.

BBQ is never over, we even use it in the winter ... but we do eat inside. :) I.ll take two pieces.
