Crunchy Shrimp Roll
I did not make this, but the ingredients are sumeshi = sticky rice for sushi rolls, nori = dried seaweed,
tempura shrimp, avocado, spring onion and a sweet teriyaki glaze
For those who do not like raw sushi this is a delicious alternative.
