Carnitas Taco
Carnitas which, literally translated, means “little meats”, is a type of braised or roasted (often after first being simmered) pork in Mexican cuisine.
The carnitas are placed on a corn tortilla and I add chopped white onion, salsa verde (green chili sauce) and cilantro.
Roll it all up and you've got a delicious taco. Buen provecho.

Never eaten Mexican food. My wife's idea of exotic foreign food is Minestrone soup (from a packet).
Looks nice though, good image.
