A supreme moment of tranquility just prior to sunrise from the top of Sgurr Na Str on Skye. The previous night had been so clear you could probably see for around 50 miles, the Milky Way was a very noticeable smoky streak across the night sky punctuated by the occasional meteorite and the hurried fly by from satelites orbiting the Earth. Although a very quiet shot, the damp cool of an autumn morning is tangible and takes me straight back to my overnight campsite at the summit.
