As of February 21, 2005, the black box building in the background is still standing and has been declared unsafe. It is scheduled to be torn down for new WTC construction projects.

Thank you for your compliment. I don't think the flags at ground zero are at half mast all the time. When I took this shot, President Reagan had recently died and all public American flags were half mast.
