Sand and more sand

I don’t know how clear this will be, but the table beyond the shoe rack has a glass top protecting a lovely Moroccan window frame. However, we have had such an incredible amount of sand in the air recently, with a huge sandstorm a week ago, that it is entirely covered with sand. It was just cleaned with Windex four days ago…

Since Sahraa didn’t run away when she saw the camera, I decided to include her too instead of just showing the boring table ;-).

A very sweet capture. It must be a bear to clean.

Sahara looks so peaceful and relaxed. She seems to be an amazing dog!! I really like the natural lighting and clarity in this image. For us here in Virginia, it is pollen, not sand that is really thick in the air. I would prefer sand I think. Voted

Love this composition with the restful Sahraa included. I didn't notice the sand because I was too busy looks at her! V

Sahara looks adorable here! So glad you were able to capture her Helen!
Sand storms are nasty things ~ unbelievable how much dust is on your table!! V

Sahraa seems very at home on the rug. I can imagine the sand is a big problem.

She is such a beauty and in my humble opinion adds immeasurably to the photo :-) If you hadn't mentioned the sand I would have thought that was just the texture of the table top. Amazing! V

She looks very comfortable and perhaps she has finally resigned herself to living with a photographer! Yes, I can see the sand - sounds like a good excuse for not dusting.

You can see the sand clearly, lovely image of Sahraa at rest.

At least you can shake out the carpet. Smart Sahraa. V

That's a lot of sand on an indoor table! I guess it's too fine to be held at bay by screens on windows and doors.

We sure live in a different part of the world! Opposite actually!!! Sahraa looks so peaceful and beautiful
