brace

not usually one for SPs, but here is a shot of the brace, designed to limit bending of the knee...it is heavy, bulky, and uncomfortable, and must be worn for 6 weeks, or 42 days...it's now 5 days since surgery, so 37 more to go...not that I'm counting

Olympus Stylus TOUGH TG-3
1/50s f/2.0 at 4.5mm iso800 full exif

other sizes: small medium large auto

Wow, that really sounds like quite the painful ordeal. I agree that having your knee in a brace is better than nothing at all. Just take it easy, and before you know it you will be walking like normal.http://www.streetrdrx.com/medical-equipment.html

Well on the bright side, if it were a cast you would have a much harder time scratching your itches.

Well that doesn't look comfortable at all. Must be almost half way now. Hang on in there. Hope Christmas and New Year haven't been too restricted by the brace.

Wel, you'll certainly have plenty of time for reading, listening to music and processing all those photos sitting on the hard drive.

That's an impressive looking piece of engineering...oh yeah the brace is impressive looking too. Couldn't you get it in blue to go with your car? I liked Walter's reading list but I think I would try something a little lighter to keep your spirits up. Keep smiling!

If you've never read "Ulysses" or "Moby Dick" now is the time to do it. It'll make time pass faster and you'll be a richer man.
