Montepulciano

Montepulciano

Montepulciano is one of Tuscany's highest hilltop towns, and is rich in Renaissance era buildings...it is widely known for the Vino Nobile produced here...delicious wine that, over three days, I sampled repeatedly (in order to confirm it's quality of course)...the church below the town is Madonna di San Biagio, dating from the 16th century
