1972 Guild D-35

This was my first attempt at a "Henkogram*" of any of my Guild dreadnaughts.
Six battery powered under counter LED "puck" lights were distributed around
the interior of the guitar, and the soundhole was covered with a cardboard
disk covered with black felt.

There was a little ambient light coming in the window, causing the flair on the
right side. The tortoise pickguard is nearly invisible by this technique, and a
couple more interior lights were needed in the upper bout.

Note the large bridgeplate (made of maple) and the "popsicle" brace between the
neck block and the transverse brace. This '72 D-35 has a 3-3/4" soundhole...
1/4" smaller than all of my other Guild dreads past or present (which have/had
4" soundholes).

*Named for a member of the Unofficial Martin Guitar Forum who championed this
method for visualizing bracing patterns.
