The CN tower has 2 observation deck heights.
This shot is from the higher of the 2 decks, reached by taking a second elevator ride, this one “inside” the tower.
We have gone from 1130ft to 1465 ft or 147 stories above ground.
This is one of the highest observation decks in the world.
In this shot we are looking south west of the tower where on clear days visibility is upwards of 160 km or 100 miles making it possible to see the spray of Niagara Falls. By looking south we might see the distant skyline of Rochester New York USA.
The skypod is the smaller “bulge” in the tower significantly above the main observation level that is defined by the silver colored round enlargement about 2/3 up the tower.
