Let me introduce myself to you, Ladies & Gentlemen. I’m Frimpong the Travelling Bear. It’s important for me to underline the fact that I’m a REAL TRAVELLING BEAR, not a virtual character. I travel concretely in space and distances, I take real means of transport and I visit really all the places, that I’m going to show you here with my pictures. I’m English, but I feel a citizen of the world. My personal rules are few, I tend to avoid all organized tours and I offer myself all possible comfort. But I’m also flexible and adventurous and curious, like all good travellers, so I can adapt myself to nearly all situations. Many fellow photographers, from all over the world, have already invited me to their countries. So, as you can notice, every gallery of mine has a different author and, all together, they are a little symbol of friendship among nice people, who don’t know each other personally, but have chosen kindly to take part in this project. I’m the concrete token of this friendship and I’m proud that this unpretentious play has a little contributed to make the world ideally smaller and to bring many people closer to each other.
