I saw her walking in not the best neighbourhood of The Hague.
The red of her clothes in contrast with the grey around her.

How interesting! The white socks and white hair with red in the middle is fabulous. It looks great with the red stylesheet too. V

She is the focal point with her red coat and pants and her white sock, shoes, and hair. The composition and focus causes my eye to follow the direction she is walking towards the end of the block.
