Yet another old Soviet water dispensing machine. I like to take photos of these wherever
I can find them, they must have been very common at one time as I have also seen them
in Uzbekistan (Samarkand) and I believe Georgia (Tbilisi). None of them were working,
and they seem to just stand there and wither gracefully. This one dates to 1985, as
indicated by the label on the back. The Samarkand one was a 1992? model. I'm sure they
are no longer in production or even maintained.
