Olympus C7070WZ A masterpiece of a wide-angle Prosumer compact - built like a tank (used with Ricoh GV-1 Optical VF at 27mm!)
Fuji F30 A Legendary ISO 3200 Compact selling more used than it was new in 2006!

GR D Beautiful.. and noisy.
D2x Superb but so large. Not my ideal travel camera for sure!
DSC-R1 Mindblowing in many respects, but as large as an SLR. Lens makes up for it though*
DSC-S40 Nice little 4.1MP compact. Unpretentious vanilla as they come.*
G9 Overrated and noisy. Ergonomics not that great. OK at low ISO though*
S40 Quite a nice shooter. Underrated in my opinion.

G5 Much the same as the G2 but a more solid feel and increased res.
G2 Neat and fast lens.. sharp... seems ancient now!
FZ5 Better FZ2 same ergonomics - used heavily by me
FZ2 Work of Art - greatly impressed by this little thing
Leica Digi2 OK but overrated in my opinion
D2H Fast as Hell... and ultimately flexible - very likeable
D1X Solid as a Rock... Literally - the only machine I'd take into a war zone
DCS 560 One of the best Cameras I have ever owned if not THE best
DCS 520 Ex US Newsroom, Very noisy (unusable) at higher ISO
EOS 1Ds Absolutely Gorgeous
EOS 1D Nice Body, Low Noise and takes EF lenses!
EOS 10D Nice but slow AF and a bit soft at times, about 60% of the build quality of the 1D
EOS D30 Good backup Body, but slow and fragile - increasingly ageing and not gracefully
Coolpix 990 A Major Classic and beautiful images
Coolpix 5400 Solidly built - nice camera but images soft
EOS 30 Vanilla Modern EOS Film Camera - a bit boring
EOS 1RS Speed Demon Film Camera
Leica M6 Oldie and made me feel quite nostalgic but heavily overrated

DCS 3400 Nice little compact - Kodak saturated colors like the 265

Ixus 2MPP My first Digital picture on this site (2000) - nice but lacked contrast
D30 One of the first! It was a novelty!

135/2 L EF Easily the best lens I have used - period. (And I have used many Canon L lenses)
35-350 L Very very nice - discontinued - surprisingly good bokeh
85/1.2L FD Truly magnificent
Nikon:
35/1.4 AI'd Superb old Nikon lens (see it coupled to a 1Ds on my pages via an Adaptor)- early 70's pre AI model AI'd
400/5.6 AI(S) ED* Bulky well made stunning lens esp. on the D1X.
105/2.5 Ai A Legend.
