Our typical breakfast during an eight-day visit to France and Belgium. French yogurt is fantastic!
There is no bitter or sour taste to it whatsoever and it's quite easy to consume two or more servings
per day. Even the same brands that are sold in the United States somehow taste better in France; I
don't know what the difference is in the way the yogurt is processed, but the French versions lack
the sour taste found in their U.S. counterparts.
Go to a typical grocery store in Paris and you're likely to find a hundred different flavors of
yogurt! If you're ever in France, do yourself a favor and try out the Laitere brand of yogurt, in
any of the vanilla, white chocolate, almond, or other flavors. WONDERFUL!
