At Oaks Station

This little number sits in front of the former Reading Railroad Oaks station. The
Perkiomen Branch line was abandoned a few decades back and is now a trail. The name
"Vulcan" is cast into some structural parts and it appears to be narrower than
standard gauge, as in 3-foot. It almost looks like a fake from scrap parts! Some web
research suggests it was one of several gas electrics built for the 1939 World's Fair
which then spent time in Kennywood amusement park before winding up here circa 2007.
