Mustafa Paşa (Mustafapaşa) Köyü (village) was inhabited by Greeks of Ottoman citizenship (who named it Sinassos) of Turkey until 1923, who left the region when the population exchange took place. It is a quiet place, with some nice houses from that period, some restored or under restoration. It is off the beaten Capadocia track, yet within easy reach of Ürgüp and Ortahisar. I try and pay it a visit whenever I am in the district, in the tourist season some nice carpets can be seen and bought, and there is a good display of the processes of dieing in a local artisan center.

I have no specific comments to the pictures, I think they don't need an extra description. Just old houses, doors, streets, some views from higher up, the local mosque, that sort of a thing. The order is roughly that of a walk I made through part of the village. I have some more elsewhere of older dates that may appear here in due course.
