Baked in the firin this is another type of baking. A firin is an oven, the round things with a hole in their centre are simit (with sesame seed on it), the others I don’t know the name of, but it’s a type of flat bread you will get served with many meat dishes.

In 2018 I scanned many slides anew, and edited them again. I put this one in the place of a poorer earlier one.
