Storage building and south agora. The storage buildings of the 2nd century BC served as warehouses for the shops of the South Agora. Their original length of 163 m was later reduced to 105 m. The South Agora is one of the largest market places ever built in antiquity (about 32000 sqm). In Roman times a public lavatory was built between storage rooms and agora.
