Once you buy a ticket for the Archaeological Museum in effect you bought one for that museum itself as well as for the Çinili Köşk Museum (where they have fabulous ceramics) and for this, the museum of the Ancient Orient (Eski Şark Eserli Müzesi). There they show things Egyptian, Mesopotamian and Hittite, and some more. I have pictures of it on slides that I hope to scan some day, and I moved some pictures that I had sorted with the Archaological Museum in general here. I now add pictures I took in December 2007. I hope to add captions soon.

As so often you may notice I vary in the corrections I make regarding colour, contrast and such. It just is very difficult to get the proper colour as an amateur, and back home, far from the sources.
