Ray...My wife and I were members of the first graduating class of Coral Gables High in 1951.

When did Ponce go from being a High School to a Jr. High? I guess it was when Gables opened. What year was that? I know at one time, Ponce was the white HS, G.W. Carver was the black HS. Years later I went to both. Both were excellent facilities for Jr. High's because of their history as a HS. If we still did class pictures I would have been in one like this 20 years later. I was trying to recognize the building this is in front of. Too low to be the 1000 building. Library?
