Not sure if it's still in there, but M-TV Latin America's studios were in this building.

The Miami Beach First National Bank ws originally located on the Northeast corner of Lincoln Road and Alton Road - a single-story, "classic design" bank building going back to the early years of Miami Beach.

Around 1970, surrounding buildings were razed, and the new banking center was constructed on the West side of Lenox Avenue bordering both Lincoln Road and 17th Street. Over the years, the bank was sold and resold.

It's initial name change was to Flagship Bank, and I believe it is currently SunTrust.
However, as is so typical with "modernization and growth", we've lost a beautiful and classic piece of architecture when the old bank was torn down to make way for the new one's parking lot.
