The light had faded quite a bit,and this is wide open at 1/250th,so I figured I'd concentrate on the judge,who's not moving,and allow the athletes to blur a bit. Most of the other jumpers are more blurry than this valuter was,since he was caught at close to peak action. The light was pretty poor by this time of the evening,a little after 6PM I'd say. I would have loved to have had my 135 f/2 for this late in the evening period but just had the 2.8 lens with me.
