This was taken at a spot in the gardens at which they cut a 1 foot diameter hole in the bushes, to create a viewing opportunity of the nearby marina and seaplane landing area.

Many thanks. I had been hoping that there would be a seaplane in the bay. They are generally parked just out of this view, to the left. A picture taken from two steps to the right would have had the seaplane in the dead center of the shot.
