thanks john, Mr. Nave (do you have another name that you would like us to use?) and Rod, as always, for your kind words.
Funny how it seems so long ago that I took this. Penny Street

Have you noticed how the picys can look really great when first viewed but somehow after a week of looking at them they settle down to just looking good. A few just seem to hold the magic for the whole challenge & this definitely does. .............................Oh & my three:-)

I like very much the atmosphere of this photo. It feels like someone had too much to drink. (please stay away from the balcony...). a_nave

Thanks all. Not a casino, though. I was 8 floors up looking out on the lights in Times Square (7th Ave and 45th St.) Penny Street

Great looking bokeh with that lens and the bright colors draw our attention away from the in focus glass. Good one Penny! CJ

I like all the colored lights. And the drink is nice and sharp. Cheers!

It really does give a sense of heading out into the night lights of the city. Nicely done, Penny.

Excellent. The lights and colors make a wonderful blend. The glass anchors everything and provides the interpretive key.

First thing I thought of was heading up the mountains and gambling a bit. Looks like a casino. Well done Penny. -Doug

Really well shot with the glass placed to take our eyes along the line of lights & into the great looking bokeh. Terrific shot. I think that lens will become welded on the the camera with the picys you're getting with it.

Neat. Very animated with all the oof street sparkle springing from the glass. -tv
