I've always been gifted with a high degree of good luck. During a recent drive to Las Vegas, I somehow ended up on the wrong highway, Hwy 40, which splits off of the main road from San Diego to Las Vegas, Hwy 15.
When I realized this, I made a U-Turn into this parking lot to discover that this building is the famous "Bagdad Cafe" from which the movie was made. It was a very lucky mistake. This place oooozes with charm and photo-worthiness.
I stopped to reflect upon my lucky stars. I ate a hamburger. I met the owner. I stuck a few of my name cards on the bulletin board near the front door.
Since they only served Budwiser, I took an ice cold Beck's Beer from the refrigerator of my PhotoMobile. I'm so damn happy to be alive. Life is sweet.
