Chris - we don't have to do doubles on each challenge. I'm not. I just post for the March Mixed Bag using photos I have taken this month (taken in March and not daily). And the other one of Barbara's I'm doing the same - posting photos (taken in March and not daily) of the 7 topics. We don't have to do both challenges at all - just do one if it suits you better.
I like it for both and it is lovely. I don't always make it a double. I interpreted this as an option - two different photos to meet the challenge or one photo that meets both when it works. Have I been incorrect in this?
I think BOTH of these subjects work perfectly. The Viewpoint is that you've chosen to use a square frame and show us only the vertical lines of the subject. And of course, glass and bubbles are Sparkles. But, I agree. I haven't been able to do both challenges every time. Some things just don't work. Nice thing about Barbara's challenges is that we can drop in or out.
