I love these old buildings that are somehow made more beautiful as they slowly succumb to time and the elements. Great color and textures.

The shadow and the vignetting are working together to underline the subject. Layers of beauty superposed, and the beauty comes from the assembly of all of them, and not from each. Very spectacular!

What a decaying beauty with great texture and great color. Voted.

I often wonder what attracts us in old buildings or objects, how we manage to see the beauty in crumbling structures. I guess we can somewhat feel the spirit of those who were there before us. Also, we can see how time has "matured" some structures like this old wooden window. The sunny colours are also fascinating.
