The Church façade normally can't be seen from the ground level because the elevated Light Railway Transit (LRT) obstructs the view.
Solution: take the picture ABOARD the said LRT (in this case, while the train stopped at a nearby station).

The façade can be seen decorated with color-coordinated fiesta tassles.
