Joshua Tree National Park is located in the Southern Californian Desert (Riverside and san Bernardino Counties) in the United States. Those "windows and walls" portraits were a great use of available scene as props. The "shadow dancing" reminds me of those steel cutout wall sculptures. A lot of creativity here.

You've got some xllnt shots of Barker Dam here; very sweet. You left many shots untitled {?} Some not familiar with JT would not know what they were looking at, thru or for ... Just an observation. :~) The Rock Shadows were a awesome idea ~ Looks like you all had alot of fun ~ Cool!

hey dan - thanks so much for sharing all this beautiful art. i am a huge photography fan and stumbled upon the website through carey driscoll's concert series and the kris delmhorst and vienna teng pics you shared with him. i have been enjoying all the galleries but feel particularly drawn to this one of joshua tree, my favorite climbing spot. so much thanks for bringing back a lot of good memories of great times. your work is great and i hope to see more of it in the future. best! amanda
