Gee, I think this lens has flare issues and vignetting which I minimized some with the vignette tool in Nikon Capture. Well, the flare "works" here, I think.

Nikon D70 ,Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DG
1/3s f/2.8 at 18.0mm iso800 (handheld) full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

I like the flare; it adds something to a night photo. I see some color noise because I'm on the digital display today... street signs must go. You have your orders, sir!

I like this one, flare works for me! Good sky too! Clone out the street signs! I hate street signs!

Great night shot! Flare is hard for night shots, even my 28-70L lens exhibits a tiny bit of flare at night -- those direct lights are just hard on exposures. This is beautiful though, and that rich blue sky is perfect!!
