yikes

Bit of a stretch on the gallery theme with this one.
No flash. No flashlights. No night.
Single light source.
Just stripes of thin sunlight streaming through the closed blind on my office window.
Me twisting, looking up to get the stripes vertical.
Used a black sheet to behind to create the studio look.
Single hand held shot using my reflection in the lens filter glass to center the compo.
Trigger the timer and hold, hold, hold the pose and breath.
I get this light for a few weeks in Spring and Fall when I close the blinds to keep glare off the computer monitor.
Took my only 7 years to figure what to do with these blind light stripes.
Another kind of light painting.
There is hope for us all.

You look pretty happy for having contorted yourself to get the shot. Don't stay there too long the tan lines could be nasty. :)

This technique is tougher than it looks but you've mastered it. Besides, Bill, you look good in stripes. GMV

In French we would say something like "odd zebra". So, yes, you can yelp for the success of this admirable image, Bill. Great work, my friend. BV.
