Away from the busy and bustling city in Tabanan regency there is a village named Jatiluwih. The name comes from the words 'Jati' and 'Luwih'. Jati (sujati) means 'real' and Luwih means 'beauty'.

Jatiluwih is the largest rice field in Bali that is certified by UNESCO as organic rice fields and a World Heritage Site.
